Our close relationship with these lenders will help us to control your costs of buying a home. The title policy is a negotiable part of the contract which can be paid by either the buyer or the seller. Many times we may have a special running where Robbie Hale Homes will pay the title policy for the buyer. Check with your sales representative for more details and availability.
